Returns & Refunds policy

Digital Services Only – No Refund for Completed Service

1. No refunds are available once any digital service (website, app, software design, Google Ads setup, consultation) has been delivered, even partially.

2. Consultation fee packages (e.g., Google Ads setup at ₹1,000) are one-time and non-refundable once the meeting is held.

3. If you’ve paid but haven’t received the service or scheduling link within 7 days, you’re eligible for a full refund upon request.

4. To request a refund, please email support (support@fruitenium.in) within 7 days of payment.

5. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

6. We reserve the right to modify this policy—updates will be posted here with no prior notice.
